Application Fee: Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý ÌýA $110 inclusive non-refundable Application Fee is payable per childÌýwhen the Application Form is submitted.
Capital FeeÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý $1,250 for the first child in the family, $500 for the second and subsequent children.

New Girton fee model from 2025
Tiered fee structureÌý
Girton is replacing its existing flat fee structure with a tiered fee structure that more closely aligns with those used by other independent schools. The new fee structure will be extended to each year level between 2025 and 2031, as follows: Ìý
- 2025: Preparatory and Year 7Ìý
- 2026: Year 1 and Year 8Ìý
- 2027: Year 2 and Year 9Ìý
- 2028: Year 3 and Year 10Ìý
- 2029: Year 4 and Year 11Ìý
- 2030: Year 5 and Year 12Ìý
- 2031: Year 6.
Expanded fee payment optionsÌý
Girton has introduced the option to pay tuition fees fortnightly and monthly via direct debit, in addition to the existing options of paying annually or in four instalments. The school will retain all existing fee discounts.Ìý
Payment Options
Annual fees
Annual fees attract a prompt payment discount of $1,000 plus an additional 2% discount if the school account is paid in full (less discount) by the last business day in November.
Instalments
Accounts may be paid in four instalments of 25%, which are due on the last business days of:
- November (year prior to tuition)
- February (year of tuition)
- May (year of tuition)
- August (year of tuition).
Each instalment (less discount) submitted by the due date will attract a prompt payment discount of $250.
Monthly and fortnightly payments
The annual fee (less the prompt payment discount) may be paid in monthly or fortnightly instalments via direct debit. Fortnightly payments are split into 6 payments per instalment (totalling 24 payments annually) commencing at the end of September in the year prior to tuition. Monthly payments are split into 3 payments per instalment (totalling 12 payments annually), commencing at the end of September in the year prior to tuition.
